Oscar García-Johnson

García-Johnson is professor of theology and Latinx studies at Fuller Theological Seminary, where he has also served as Chief of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion and Academic Dean. He also served as Regional Minister for the American Baptist Churches in Los Angeles. Garcia-Johnson’s forthcoming theological series in Spanish, Teología del Nuevo Mundo with Editorial CLIE (Barcelona, Spain) is a groundbreaking, multivolume work that uses decoloniality, Christian doctrine, and practical theology for shaping discourses to form the Christian global citizen of the twenty-first century in a post-pandemic world. His works include Introducción a la Teología del Nuevo Mundo (vol.1), Spirit outside the Gate, and Theology without Borders (with William Dyrness).
